These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

DOWNTIME Studio is a lifestyle and sleepwear brand operated by DOWN TIME LADIES GARMENTS L.L.C – S.P.C, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Our collections include sleepwear, loungewear, accessories, and lifestyle products designed to make everyday moments of rest more enjoyable.

2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including their colours, materials, sizing, and descriptions.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
- Measurements are approximate, and minor variations may occur.
- Product availability is subject to stock.
- Limited-edition and small-batch products may not be restocked.
- Handmade details and products created using surplus fabrics may have slight variations, which are part of their individual character.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, and availability when necessary.
3. Orders & Confirmation
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or genuine pricing errors.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Pricing & Payments
All website prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be clearly communicated before an order is completed.
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment service provider, Tap Payments, and the payment methods made available at checkout.
DOWNTIME Studio does not intentionally collect or store complete payment card details through its website checkout.
We reserve the right to update product prices, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
5. Shipping & Delivery
DOWNTIME Studio currently accepts website orders for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the purchase is finalised.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. International Orders
International orders may be arranged separately through our official Instagram account, subject to availability and shipping feasibility.
For international orders, product prices, shipping charges, and relevant order details will be confirmed with the customer before payment.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country. Customers will be informed of any charges known to us, while charges imposed by destination authorities may remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your DOWNTIME purchase.
For eligible items, returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- * Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Original tags and packaging should be retained.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a change-of-mind return or exchange.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.

Once an eligible return is received and approved, refunds will be initiated through the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider and customer’s bank.
Nothing in this policy limits customers’ rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@downtimestudio.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where helpful.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, repair, or refund where required by applicable law.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before orders are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may need to be handled through our returns process, subject to the applicable policy and consumer rights.

Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
