Cancel or Modify an Order

Need to cancel or change something? Email info@downtimestudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number. We'll update or cancel it before it ships — no charge.

After 24 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified. Once delivered, you can request a return through your account.

We want you to love your DOWNTIME pieces. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.

Return Policy

  • 14-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • Free return shipping within the UAE
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at account.downtimestudio.com
  2. Click on your order and select "Request Return"
  3. Select the item(s) and choose your reason
  4. We'll review and approve within 24 hours
  5. Once approved, shipping will contact you to schedule a collection from your address
  6. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  7. Hand it to the shipping driver — no need to go anywhere
  8. Once we receive and inspect the item, your full refund will be processed

No email needed — the entire return process is handled through your account.

Exchanges

  • Request an exchange through your account at account.downtimestudio.com within 14 days of delivery
  • We'll send the replacement once we receive the original item
  • Exchange shipping is free within the UAE
  • If the new item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@downtimestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
