Yes, but please act quickly. Email us at info@downtimestudio.com within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number and the change you need. We can cancel, change sizes, change colors, or update quantities — as long as the order hasn't been packed and dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified, but you can request a return after delivery through your account at account.downtimestudio.com.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provide during checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

All deliveries are handled by Aramex. Estimated delivery times:

• Abu Dhabi / Dubai: 1–2 business days
• Al Ain / Al Dhafra / Sharjah / Ajman /Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah / Umm Al Quwain: 2–3 business days
• Remote areas: 3–4 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delivery is free on all orders of AED 700 and above. For orders under AED 700, a flat delivery fee applies. Express delivery (same-day / next business day) is available.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Track your order at aramex.com or through the Aramex app.

Aramex will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, your package will be held at the nearest Aramex service center. You'll receive an SMS with the collection address and opening hours.

Currently we deliver within the UAE only. GCC delivery (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar) is coming soon. International shipping is planned for a later date. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are free within the UAE.

3. Select the item(s) and choose your reason
4. We'll review and approve within 24 hours
5. Once approved, Aramex will contact you to schedule a collection from your address
6. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
7. Hand it to the Aramex driver — no need to go anywhere
8. No email needed — the entire process is handled through your account.

Yes. Request a return through your account at account.downtimestudio.com. Once we receive the original item, we'll ship the replacement in your preferred size or color at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund goes to your original payment method:

• Credit/debit card: 5–7 business days
• Tabby/Tamara: remaining installments are cancelled automatically

Contact us at info@downtimestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.

No problem. Request an exchange through your account at account.downtimestudio.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll exchange it for the right size at no cost.

Our fabrics are pre-shrunk during manufacturing. Following the care instructions (wash warm at 40°C, tumble dry low) will maintain the original size and shape.

Our pyjamas are crafted from a premium blend — chosen for its softness, durability, easy care, and breathability in the hot climates.

Machine wash warm (40°C) on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on medium heat if needed. No special care required — our poly-cotton blend is designed for easy maintenance.

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage returns, and receive personalized recommendations.
